Door een effectieve en veelzijdige training richten we ons op het versterken van de buik-, rug-, heup- en bekkenbodemspieren. Door gebruik te maken van een mix van oefeningen, waarbij de principes van Pilates worden ge\u00efntegreerd, bevordert deze training niet alleen kracht, maar ook mobiliteit en flexibiliteit. Dit resulteert in een soepeler en veerkrachtiger lichaam en effici\u00ebnter bewegen, zowel tijdens dagelijks functioneren als sportprestaties.
